Ich biete meine 2,5 Zimmerwohnung in der Nähe vom Triemli ab 1. Juni 2025 zur Untermiete an. Die Wohnung ist im 7. Stock mit Westbalkon. Sie ist komplett ausgestattet und möbliert. Diverse Tram und Bushaltestellen sind in der Nähe und zu Fuss erreichbar.

Die Miete, einschließlich Strom, TV und Internet, beträgt 1.950 CHF.

Einzugstermin und Ausstattung kann nach Absprache angepasst werden. Ich suche jemanden für vorerst mindesten 6 Monate, gerne bis zu einem Jahr.

I am offering my 2.5 room apartment near the Triemli for sublet from 1st June 2025. The apartment is on the 7th floor with a west facing balcony. It is fully equipped and furnished. Various tram and bus stops are nearby and within walking distance.

The rent, including electricity, TV, and internet, is CHF 1950,-.

Move-in date and furnishings can be adjusted by arrangement. I am looking for someone for at least 6 months, preferably up to a year.
