• Copy of the liability insurance policy recommended. Please submit this as soon as possible. This is important to cover your personal damages as well as damages of the belongings in the apartment.
• Copy of the last 3 pay slips or reference letter from the employer

The rent mentioned includes maintenance cost and internet but excludes private usage of electricity
