To take on June 15th, 2025.
I'm searching for someone to take my room in our JUWO 4-person flatshare, IMPORTANT: your JUWO account must be active and meet their requirements.

The flat is located in a convenient area with great public transport connections:
\- Tram lines 7 (to Bahnhof HB) and 9 (to ETH/UZH ~ 20min) at 300m (-5 min on foot).
\- Shops nearby: Schwamendingen center (Coop, Denner, other amenities) / Large Lidl

The contract is made with JUWO and runs until end December 2025. There is a possibility of renovation work afterward, in which case you'll be prioritized for a future JUWO flat.

The flat is very spacious and located on the first floor, including:
\- A large living room
\- Shared kitchen (including oven, dishwaser)
\- 2 bathrooms
\- Terrace
Basement amenities include:
\- Washing machine and dryer
\- Dedicated room to store bikes or other belongings

Rent includes water, electricity, and internet

Please note: JUWO rents the room unfurnished. However, I am selling my furnitures for 200 CHF, including:
\* Bed + mattress + pillow
\* Desk + desk chair
\* 2 desk lamps
\* Sideboard
\* Rod and storage units

We're looking for someone:
\* Easy-going, open-minded, and respectful
\* Who appreciates a balance between sharing and personal space
\* Happy to occasionally share a meal with flatmates
\* Who meets JUWO's subletting conditions

A friendly and respectful group of ETH and UZH male students (aged 21 to 23) who enjoy living together with a sense of community, while maintaining our independence. We like to share some moments, like eating together once in a while, but everyone has their own rhythm and space.
