The apartment is cozy and well-maintained, and the room offered is furnished with a bed, wardrobe, bed linens, and other essentials. Ready for moving in.

The rent is an all-inclusive. The apartment is to be shared only with me.

I am looking for a female roommate, who also values cleanliness and maintaining a relaxing and tidy living space. I am an easy-going person, who respects our privacy but also and enjoy joining dinners together.
