Looking for a room in a relaxed neighbourhood at the foot of the Züriberg? I'm renting out mine while I'm abroad, it might be just what you're looking for!

I'm renting out my room from **07.07.2025 to 06.12.2025**, as I'll be going abroad during that time. The flat is shared with one other person: a 25 y/o male who is into cycling, enjoys cooking, and works in academia (economics). He is easy-going and keeps a balanced rhythm between work and leisure.

The place is ideal for someone who is also around **20-30 years old**, whether you are a student or working, and looking for a relaxed, respectful shared living setup.

Public transport connections are excellent, with the **Rigiblick cable car** just 100 meters away. You are just **15 minutes** from **Zurich's main station**, 1**0 minutes** from the **ETH** main campus, and **15 minutes** from **UZH** (all also easily reachable on foot). Despite being central, the neighbourhood is quiet and offers a peaceful living atmosphere.

The apartment is in good condition, though slightly older. The shared spaces (living room, kitchen, and garden) are fully furnished and ready to use, as seen in the pictures. The room will also be rented out **fully furnished**.
