* Storage space in the cave, with washing machine and dryers, as well as storage for bicycles.
* The apartment is on the 4th floor with a lift. It is nearby lots of shops, restaurants and tram/bus stops (all within 5 min walking distance).
* The double window blocks all noise from the street and the apartment is quiet, with quiet neighbors.
* Most of the furniture are for sale, including a 160X200 bed with 4 large drawers, the closet in the entrance/hallway, and chest with drawers. If interested, the table, 2 chairs, the shelf, the floor lamp and the 2-person sofa can also be sold. All are about ~2 year old and price negotiable.
