We are subletting our lovely central Seefeld apartment for the summer.

It's a 4.5 room corner furnished apartment with lots of light, ONE BLOCK from the lake, off the Feldeggstrasse tram stop.

It has 3 bedrooms (one master, one child, guestroom/home-office), living room, newly renovated kitchen, 2 balconies and separate bath and shower. It's on the second floor of an older renovated building with nice details.

It is a small family-owned building and we are looking for a single-person or couple who will support the quiet atmosphere. No pets.
