Hi! We're Michele (31) and Mattia (29), and we're looking for a third person to join our beautiful 4.5-room duplex apartment in Oerlikon.

??? About the apartment:

The flat is spread over two floors and has everything you could need:

Lower floor (where your room is):
• 2 bedrooms
• 2 bathrooms
• Your own private balcony – perfect for morning coffee or evening wind-down

Upper floor:
• 1 bedroom
• A spacious living room
• Fully equipped island kitchen (great for foodies!)
• Shared balcony for sun and fresh air

You'll also have access to:
• A private laundry room with brand-new washing and drying machines
• Basement storage
• Direct access to Aldi from the building, making groceries fast and way cheaper??
• Coop Eleven in 4 minutes, Oerlikon station in 7 minutes ??

??? About the room:
• Located on the lower floor
• Comes furnished, with the option to buy some of the furniture if you'd like to keep it

CHF 1300/month – all inclusive!
That covers:

• Swisscaution (deposit insurance)
The only thing not included is the SERAFE tax.
