Hello, I'm leaving my room this month. I'm looking for someone (preferably a girl) to take over my current contract (Immediately available until 30th August, start date flexible). Extension for long term contract possible upon request.

The apartment is located right next to the Bahnhof Oerlikon. It has access to wide range of transportation: trains, tram 20, 22, 24, 25, bus 62, 62, 75, 80, 768, 782, 787, all within 3 mins. Coops, Migros, Lidl, Aldi all in the neighborhood.

- Flatmates are other two girls, currently studying for their master degree at UZH
- WiFi, untilities, included
- Once per week common area cleaning service
- The room is fully furnished
- Double-size bed with all beddings, two night stands, a big height-adjustable desk, a desk lamp, a chair, a closet with LED sensor light, two decorative lamps, multiple socket strips
- Shared kitchen & bathroom
- Laundry room and storage in the building basement
