Beschreibung

We are looking for a tenant for one the four bedrooms in our apartment in 8254, Oberglatt (5 mins to the Oberglatt train station, ~ 30 mins to Central or Hönggerberg). The room will be available in October (can be arranged for late September if needed). The room is spacious with very good lighting, the furnitures need to be taken over, including the bed, the desk and the chair, and the wardrobe.

About the apartment:
\- The apartment is fully furnished.
\- You will be sharing the bathroom with another housemate.
\- There are two balconies with tables and seats for hanging out or studying.
\- The apartment is next to a small wood which is nice for taking a walk or running.
\- Migros and Lidl are 6 mins away by foot.
\- There is a storage area for bikes in the basement.

About us:
\- We like to hangout sometimes and do fun things together, but we also respect each other's personal space.
\- We like to keep the apartment in order and clean. There is no chore schedule, but we clean the apartment as necessary and keep the common area (kitchen, bathroom, etc) as clean as possible.

What we are looking for:
\- Someone who is easy going, respectful, clean, and usually not loud.
\- Preferrably not a smoker.
\- Preferrably female, employed/student.
