We're looking for a new flatmate for our student WG! The apartment has 7 rooms (one per person) and a spacious shared open area with a kitchen and living room.
To rent this room, **you must meet the WOKO criteria:** this includes being enrolled at a university and under 28 years old.

**Rental options:**

* **Option A (preferred):** Move in from **15.06**, sublet until **31.07**, then take over the contract as the main tenant from **01.08**.
* **Option B:** Sublet only from **15.06 to 31.07**.
* **Option C:** Move in as the main tenant from **01.08**.
