**Shared Apartment in Dietikon** Our **fully renovated apartment recently in 2024**, available from 1st of May 2025, is situated just 200 meters from the SBB station in Dietikon, where you can reach Zurich HB in 12-15 minutes by train every 6-7 min. The apartment is located at Lowenstrasse 11.

**Your Room.** there are 2 rooms: Attica and with access to garden available from 1st July.

The room is modernly furnished with a stylish bed, high-quality mattress, fresh bedding, a wardrobe, table, chairs, shelf, and lamps. Free WLAN internet access is also provided.

**Kitchen.** You will share a modern kitchen with other residents. Available for use are a refrigerator, microwave, and induction hob.

**Bathrooms.** There are 3 bathrooms - with shower and bathtub in the apartment, shared with other residents. We place a high emphasis on cleanliness and order, hence the kitchen and bathrooms are thoroughly **cleaned once a week - included in price.**
