We have lived in the apartment for one year and were the very first tenants - we have loved living here and are leaving the apartment as we will be moving abroad. We are hoping to sell most of the furniture including kitchen/cooking ware to the new tenants - to be discussed!

The apartment is pet-friendly and has ample storage including a basement storage unit. There is a parking garage and possibility to rent a parking spot, though we do not rent one ourselves. The apartment is on the ground floor but as the building is on a hill, there is a great view of the Uetliberg and a lot of light.

The apartment would be great for someone moving to Zurich as it could be fully furnished and ready to move in - we are happy to offer virtual viewings or in-person.
