We are leaving our apartment as of 08.06.2025 and we are looking for new tenants. 3.5 rooms, two toilets and a walking closet. We are also selling some furniture( couch,shoes rack and garden furniture )
Apartment is on the ground floor with direct access to the to the buildings garden. It features its own washing machine and dish washer. Walls will be re-painted this or next week. Located 200m from Zürichbergstrasse tram stop and several supermarkets in the area.

!Important!
Verwaltung conditions: the real estate management agency indicated that the apartment can be rented to a maximum of 2 adults and one underage so 3 adults is not possible. Also that the combined gross income of the people living in the apartment muss be higher/equal to 3 months of rent and this income must be eared in Switzerland (parental support from parents to students from abroad are not recognized as income)
