**Deposit**: is 1.75% of the rent. Around 875.- chf

I will be moving out between the 18-20 of July, so at that moment it will be availabe.

**Who we're looking for:**
You're open-minded and easygoing. Whether you're super social or you like to do more your own thing, you either want to stay long or short – everyone welcome here. Our motto is: _"You can do everything – but you don't have to everything"_ This is a space where you can express yourself socially and creatively as you like (and also should hehe).
**A bit about us:**
We're between 24 and 42 years old, half is working others are studying. Our interests are diverse – from BBQs, concerts, and river floats (Aareböötle), to movie nights, making music, plants, and board games.
We mostly speak English, since a few don't speak German. Historically, this has been a smoker-friendly flat, but smoking is currently minimal. Small pets are now allowed (Me, the one moving out – first person to have a cat here). I assume dogs need to be discussed first.
