Ich tausche meine helle, super zentral gelegene 2-Zimmerwohnung mit Balkon im 4. Stock gegen eine Wohnung mit mindestens 3 Zimmern und Balkon im Kreis 1 oder 6. Idealerweise liegt deine Wohnung nahe des Hauptbahnhofs/ETH/Universitätsspital.
Miete sollte maximal ca. 2800.- sein.

Zeitpunkt des Wohnungstauschs ist grundsätzlich flexibel, sollte aber vor September sein.

FLAT EXCHANGE ONLY

I am exchanging my bright, super centrally located 2-room flat with balcony on the 4th floor for a flat with at least 3 rooms and balcony in district 1 or 6. Ideally, your flat should be close to the main station/ETH/Universitätsspital.
Rent should be a maximum of approximately 2800.-.

The time of the exchange is generally flexible, but should be before September.
