Charming, sunlit-flooded flat -- high ceilings, large windows, 2 balconies-- I am looking for a quiet and responsible person, or couple, to care for my flat and water my balcony and house plants in my absence -- preferable Swiss citizens visiting the country or requiring temporary accommodation.

The flat is centrally located, in the heart of Zurich - in a great neighborhood -with parks, restaurants / bars / cinemas and galleries, and within walking distance to downtown; available from 04 July until 18 July 2025

\- A wonderful time of year to enjoy the city of Zurich and its river and lake (both in the very near vicinity)

1800 chf. per month, the flat must be taken for the entire period, 900 chf. Additional charge of 100 chf for exit cleaning on 17 July must be taken over.

1 very spacious master bedroom with balcony, living/dining room with balcony, live-in kitchen with balcony, entry hall and bathroom (bathtub w/shower), Can sleep a 3rd person, on the sofa (or mattress from attic, placed on floor)- or eventually if we can agree, I can allow also the use of the small guest bedroom.

Fully furnished --including bed linens, towels, all kitchen utensils, coffee grinder, mixer, orange juicer, toaster, mocca coffee machines, spices etc. Starter amount: tea, coffee.

Fiber-optic Wi-fi, Salt TV basic subscription, great TV monitor with Apple box- dishwasher, washing machine in basement, possible use of common courtyard garden
