Lovely double bedroom (furnished or unfurnished) to rent in Kreis 6 of Zurich.

Situated just off of the tram 11 line (Brunnenhof) the apartment is very large, has 2 sitting room areas and a dining area.

The bedroom that is available to rent has an entrance to the balcony, just off of the kitchen.

The building is very new and has a cellar, washing room and underground garage.

I’m looking for a female or male - someone who is friendly, tidy and who will treat the apartment well. I sometimes work from home (maybe 2 days a week) and it would be ideal if my new flatmate had a similar routine - perhaps not necessarily 100% from home.

I am from Ireland and work in Zurich as a marketing manager. I am very friendly and at the same time like to give people their own space as well. I love the outdoors, especially hiking and walking, as well as, exploring the cultural activities in Zurich.
