Looking for a fully furnished and centrally located apartment in Zurich? I am offering my lovely 2-room apartment for sublet, starting from 1st September 2025 , for a minimum period until June or July 2026.

About the apartment: - Fully furnished with furniture (TV, sofa, bed, sideboard, and more) - Fully equipped kitchen (everything you need to start living comfortably)- Well-connected to public transport

Perfect for professionals or couples.

Important Details: The sublet contract must cover minimum from September 2025 until June/July 2026. At the end of the sublet period, I will try to transfer the main rental contract directly to you however, this depends on the landlords approval and cannot be guaranteed. Tenants who are interested in buying all the furniture for CHF 3,500. will be given priority. No pets, no smoking, no loud instruments, Maximum 2 people. Must have a permanent employment contract.
