Ab sofort suche ich eine/n Untermieter/in für meine beiden möblierten Zimmer (Schlafzimmer und Büro) in einer wunderschönen modernen 4.5-Zimmer-Wohnung im 34. Stock - 4 Minuten vom Bahnhof Stettbach.

**Wichtig**:



* Die Untermiete ist **befristet für 2 Monate** ab Start des Untermietvertrages.
* Aktuell bin ich auf Reisen und die Rückkehr steht zeitlich noch offen. Eine Verlängerung des Untermietvertrages ist eventuell möglich.
* Die beiden Zimmer werden **nur zusammen und möbliert** vermietet.
* Es ist eine **Nichtraucher-Wohnung**.

Du wohnst mit Psychologiestudenten-Paar, Micha (33) und Laura (36). Beide sind sehr ordentlich und rücksichtsvoll. Sie sprechen Deutsch, Englisch, Französisch, Italienisch und Spanisch.

* Vom Bahnhof Stettbach in 5 Min zum Bahnhof Stadelhofen und in 7 Min zum Zürich-Hauptbahnhof

* I am currently traveling and the return date is still open. An extension of the sublease is possible.
