MitbewohnerIn gesucht für eine entspannte 2er-WG ab dem 01.08.2025 - Möblierung auf Anfrage möglich.
(Besichtigungen wären wahrscheinlich ab der letzten Juliwoche möglich)

Ich bin 36 Jahre alt und ziehe im August in eine charmante 4-Zimmer-Wohnung mit hohen Decken, einem kleinen Balkon mit Blick auf den Spalenberg im Zentrum der Basler Altstadt.

Auch ein ca. 10 Jahre alter Hund wird mit in der Wohnung leben (wie auf den Bildern unschwer zu erkennen)

Gemeinsam genutzte Räume: Küche, Bad, Gästezimmer und Wohnzimmer mit kleinem Balkon

Lage:
- 5 Minuten zu Fuss zur Universität
- 7 Minuten bis zum Universitätsspital Basel
- 5 Gehminuten zum Rhein
- 15 Gehminuten zum Bahnhof

Miete:
- CHF1100/Monat für das 10m2 Zimmer
- oder CHF1000/Monat für das 9m2 Zimmer
- Drei Monatsmieten Kaution

Gesucht wird: Jemand, der gut mit Hunden zurechtkommt und ein respektvolles Zusammenleben schätzt.

I am 36 years old and will be moving into a charming 4-room apartment with high ceilings, a small balcony with a view of the Spalenberg in the center of Basel's old town in August.

An approx. 10 year old dog will also live in the apartment (as you can easily see in the pictures)

Shared rooms: Kitchen, bathroom, guest room and living room with small balcony

Location:
- 5 minutes walk to the university
- 7 minutes to the University Hospital Basel
- 5 minutes walk to the Rhine
- 15 minutes walk to the train station

Rent:
- CHF1100/month for the 10m2 room
- or CHF1000/month for the 9m2 room
- Three months' rent deposit

About me: I value tidiness, am rather a quiet, mostly uncomplicated type and like to enjoy my after-work hours in a relaxed manner (the party flat-sharing time is probably over for me ;)

Wanted: Someone who gets on well with dogs and appreciates respectful coexistence.
