We are subleasing our apartment in Gundeli for three months while we will be away traveling. We love everything about it-the location is perfect: just a 5-minute walk to the Basel SBB station, and only 2 minutes to Margaretenpark. The neighborhood is quiet, with lovely neighbors, and the apartment is close to supermarkets and restaurants-all within walking distance.

The apartment features a fully renovated kitchen, bathroom, and toilet. The kitchen is fully furnished and connected to the living room by an archway. Both bedrooms face the terrace (and the shared garden), providing a peaceful view. Additionally, on the kitchen side, there is a small garden where we cultivate basil, tomatoes, sage, oregano, and mint.

It includes two spacious rooms-one with a double bed, and the other with a sofa bed, TV and a working desk. The terrace is also furnished with a table and chairs.

Monthly rent is CHF 2120, including WiFi, energy, water and additional surcharge for furniture.
