I am subletting my flat in Zurich from 17 August, 2025 for a fixed term of 1 year (no break-clause). It is a 3-room flat with 2 balconies, located in a very quiet area in Zurich Altstetten (Hätzlergasse) right next to the forest and 3 farms where you can buy fresh local produce. It is ideal for people looking for temporary accommodation and those who enjoy cycling, running or going for walks in nature as the area is very green and has a lot to offer. The place is conveniently connected with 3 bus lines and you can be in the city centre within 20 minutes.

The flat has underfloor heating, modern kitchen with induction hobs, bathroom with a bath tub and separate shower. There is a shared laundry/drier in the basement used by 5 more flats in the building.

The rent is the same as I am paying now: 2520 CHF and this includes an outdoor parking spot and all utility costs (Nebenkosten) except electricity. I am renting it out with almost all the furniture shown in the photos with some small exceptions (DM me for details). There is a one-off fee for using the furniture of 600 CHF for the whole 12-month period.
