Es handelt sich um ein vollständig möbliertes, 16 m2 grosses, helles Zimmer im oberen Stock einer Maisonettewohnung. Das Zimmer hat einen Parkettboden und eine Fensterwand mit Sicht auf einen Park. Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit Bett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch und einem Monitor fürs Homeoffice. Die Wohnung ist modern und nach Minergie Standard ausgestattet. Alle Zimmer haben Bodenheizungen und sind zentral belüftet. Es gibt zwei WCs und ein Bad/Dusche. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind in der Wohnung vorhanden. Die Gemeinschaftsbereiche wie das Wohnzimmer und die Küche/Esszimmer sind voll ausgestattet. Ein Geschirrspüler ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Im gleichen Gebäude befindet sich ein grosser Coop und ein Aldi und im Gebäude nebenan gibt es ein PureGym. Der Bahnhof und die Post sind 3min zu Fuss entfernt. Mit der S-Bahn ist man in 10min am HB.

Ich bin 30 Jahre alt und arbeite als Software Engineer in Zürich. Ich gehe unter der Woche gerne ins Gym (ist nur 100m entfernt;)), und gehe sonst gerne mit Freunden was trinken oder an den See oder den Fluss. Ausserdem vereise ich sehr gerne und bin daher relativ oft ausser Haus. Am Wochenende gehe ich gerne an Techno Events oder mache das pure Gegenteil und verbringe das ganze Wochenende ruhig zu Hause. Ich bin eine aufgeschlossene Person mit sehr viel WG Erfahrun die sich an die meissten WG Präferenzen anpassen kann. Wichtig wäre mir einfach dass du eine ordentliche und saubere Person bist und vor allem Badezimmer, Küche und die gemeinsam benutzten Räumlichkeiten aufgeräumt hältst.

It is a fully furnished, 16 m2 large, bright room on the upper floor of a maisonette flat. The room has parquet flooring and a window wall with a view of a park. The room is furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk and a monitor for home-office. The apartment is modern and built according to the Minergie standard. All rooms have underfloor heating and are centrally ventilated. There are two toilets and a bath/shower. A Washing machine and dryer are available inside the apartment. The common areas such as the living room and the kitchen/dining room are fully equipped. A dishwasher is also installed. In the same building there are a large Coop and Aldi supermarkets and there is a PureGym in the building next door. The train station and the post office are a 3min walk away. With the S-Bahn you can reach Zurich HB in 10min.

I'm 30 years old and work as a software engineer in Zurich. During the week, I like to go to the gym (it's only 100m away ;)), and otherwise I like to go for drinks with friends or to the lake or river. I also love traveling, so I'm out quite often. On the weekends, I like to go to techno events or do the complete opposite and spend the whole weekend quietly at home. I'm an open-minded person with a lot of shared apartment experience who can adapt to most shared apartment preferences. It's important to me that you're a tidy and clean person, and especially that you keep the bathroom, kitchen, and shared spaces tidy.
