Hi,

I am Alex, originally from Germany, and I am looking for someone to share a luxury apartment in Lutry with lake view with me.

I am an open and sociable person who enjoys doing things with other people, such as swimming in the lake, cooking, or going out to parties together.

I am looking for a flatmate between the age of 18 and 35 who respects each other's privacy but is interested in a friendly relationship.

The monthly rent, including all costs, is 1625 Swiss francs. This includes the use of your own room and all common areas (kitchen, living room, terrace, and garden).

The move-in date is November 1, 2025.
