I will be travelling over the summer and am looking to sublet my fully furnished 1.5-room studio apartment from June 15 to September 15, 2025.

The studio is 54 m2, has large windows, a balcony, and gets plenty of natural light. It is fully furnished, including a queen-size bed and a fully equipped kitchen.

The apartment is located in Alstetten, just a 2 to 3-minute walk from the Rautistrasse bus stop. Public transport connections are very convenient - around 15 minutes to Zurich HB by tram 2, and 5 minutes from Alstetten Bahnhof.

Several supermarkets such as Coop, Migros, and Denner are within 5 to 10 minutes walking distance. The area is quiet with no car traffic and offers a nice view of Uetliberg from the balcony. A large forest park is nearby, perfect for walks and outdoor activities.

The monthly rent is CHF 2,050, including utilities, electricity, and internet.

Please note: the sublet is for one person only. Registration of a second person is not possible.
