The apartment is conveniently located with multiple shopping options within walking distance (Coop, Migros, Denner, Lidl) and excellent public transport connections. You'll find three tram lines (10, 11, 14) nearby, which can take you to USZ/ETH/UZH or Zurich city center in about 15-20 minutes. Oerlikon train station is a 5-minute walk away, offering access to S-Bahn, regional, and Intercity connections throughout Switzerland (Geneva - St. Gallen).
The practically equipped fitted kitchen provides everything for daily comfort, including a refrigerator, oven, electric stovetops, and microwave as well as utensils for daily use.
The apartment also features a small balcony and shared washing machines and tumble dryers in the basement. There's an elevator for easy access to the apartment.
