What I like about the apartment: The location is amazing, the view is nice, in the evening you can go outside in the balcony to enjoy the sun. Neighbours are quiet, friendly

Ideal subtenant: an ETH/UZH student or a professional

Main furniture included: Table (see kitchen picture), can be opened for twice the space, Cupboard (see kitchen picture), Standing Desk (see pictures looking outside), height can be adjusted freely, couch (which can be opened to become a bed), 2 full wardrobes (picture from desk looking towards entrance) with one side half wardrobe.

Washing machine & Dryer: Two each for the entire building. You have to book slots and get a washing machine card to use them

Garage: with bike storage. Car parking spots aren't included in the rent

Internet: not included, there are sockets to connect a router of choice (I used yallo, you might have to check for availability for other providers)

Duration: 1 year, exact end date to be discussed
