Tenant requirements:
• Annual salary of at least 50,000 CHF

_One of the cool features of this apartment is the central ventilation. There is always an inflow of air into the room so you always have fresh air even with closed windows. The air goes through a heat recuperator, so in winter it’s warm (we usually don’t enable heating due to this) and in summer it’s colder than the outside air (it has been at most 27 degrees in the apartment this summer).
