Wir gehen für einen Monat ins Ausland und und suchen daher jemand der sich um unser Zuhause und unsere Zimmerpflanzen gut kümmert. Wir vermieten die Wohnung möbilisiert und BEFRISTET vom 1. November 2025 bis 31. Mai 2026 unter.

Es handelt sich um eine charmante Altbauwohnung an sehr zentaler Lage (Tramhaltestelle vor der Haustür, 4 min zum Hauptbahnhof) und erst noch bezahlbar.
Die Wohnung besteht aus:
- Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch und Soafa
- Schlafzimmer
- Büro/Gästezimmer (mit Sofbett)
- Separate Küche
- Bad
- WC
- Balkon 1 (vom Wohnzimmer her)
- Balk0n 2 (von der Küche her)

Preis: CHF 2188 inklusive Nebenkosten, Strom, Heizung und Internet (alles pauschal)
Keine Haustiere erlaubt
Special feature: In-Haus-Pizzeria (die beste in Zürich) ;)

We are going abroad for a month and are therefore looking for somebody taking care of our home and our plants. We are renting out the apartment furnished and on a fixed-term basis from November 1, 2025 to May 31, 2026.

It’s a charming old-building apartment in a very central location (tram stop right at the doorstep, 4 minutes to the main station) and still affordable.
The apartment consists of:
-Living room with dining table and sofa
-Bedroom
-Office/guest room (with sofa bed)
-Separate kitchen
-Bathroom
-WC
-Balcony 1 (off the living room)
-Balcony 2 (off the kitchen)

Price: CHF 2188 including utilities, electricity, heating, and internet (all flat-rate).
No pets allowed
Special feature: An in-house pizzeria (the best in Zurich) ;)
