Some furniture must be bought:
- Large wardrobe (4m, high-end Ikea Pax with many drawers) - this is too large to take with us.
- Kitchen wardrobe unit (we had to buy from previous tenants. Good quality and fit for the space)
- Blinds and curtains
- 1800 CHF (negotiable)

Some furniture can optionally/prefferably be bought:
- Sofa
- TV with swinging wall mount
- Dining table + chairs
- 160cm bed + mattress

We move out on the 15.12, but will need to store most of our furniture until ~January 10th. So, the flat will be empty, cleaned and available for move-in on the 17th, apart from the spare room, which we will use as storage until early in January. Rent will be adjusted for that period.

Initially, the contract will be set up as a sublease, but can be taken over completely by the end of March.
