We're renting our fully furnished premium apartment in the heart of Zurich, located at Europaallee, for the listed dates. The apartment is fully equipped and comes with everything included, from high-speed internet to a cleaning lady.

IMPORTANT:

The normal price would be more than CHF 6000.-- per month, but the apartment will be shared with our long-term sub-lease tenant. Hence the special price. The apartment is very spacious, and the bedrooms are located in the opposite wings, ensuring sufficient privacy. The long-term tenant is a calm personality and a professional architect. He travels frequently, and you will have the entire apartment completely for yourself for about 50% of the time.

Your master bedroom has more than 30m2 in size, comes with its own ensuite bath, including a separate bathtub, and a balcony with a small gym. Additionally, you will have a separate office only for you. This office could also be changed to a second separate room for another purpose.
