We are looking for tenants to take over our apartment as of 1 January 2026. The apartment is modern, with wooden floors and floor heating, two bathrooms (one of the with toilet and sink) and two balconies. It has 4,5 rooms, two of which are separate rooms, the rest is a big, open space (separable by hidden doors). It is very bright, one balcony faces south. In the basement there is a large and aired storage space which belongs to the apartment, and a room for bikes. The apartment is close to Schaffhauserplatz with many transport options (buses, trams - 10 min to main station, ca. 20 min to airport), the river Limmat and Letten are just a 5-minute stroll away. Several supermarkets, bakeries etc. close-by.
There is a possibility to rent parking spaces (but not included in rent).
