It is super modern, well equipped, south-facing, very light, and has a balcony with a nice view over the lake and Uetliberg.
It has its own private washing machine and dryer, as well as a dishwasher.
It’s 37m2, so it’s cosy and perfect for 1-2 people, who enjoy sunlight and being close to the lake.
