• Excellent location: very well connected (32, S10, 14, 9 and 72 pass in proximity) and fairly close to city center; With many supermarkets, kitas, kindergardens and schools nearby;
• Very quiet and green neighborhood;
• Plenty of space and light: 90sqm, 3.1 m room height with very big windows;
• One bathroom with bathtub;
• New building, I was the first tenant in 2023. We have solar panels and electricity bill is very small;
• Top of the line Electrolux appliances with in house washer and drier;
• 70sqm "mini" garden;
• Large 15sqm keller;
• Pets allowed. We have a border collie;
• Well isolated within the building;
• Rent: 3714CHF including house utilities and additional 190CHF for the parking space;
• More parking spaces can be taken if needed including ones with charger.
• Available from 1st of February; On request might be able to do earlier with 1-2 weeks;
• I preffer to sell the lights since they fit very well and are specific to high ceiling;
