The apartment is very centrally located (just a few minutes walk to Coop, Migros, schools, the lake, tram/bus stops, and pharmacy), impresses with lots of light thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows, has high ceilings (2.55 m), and is situated in the attractive Seefeld district.
Despite its very central location, the apartment is very quiet. Controlled ventilation, a cellar compartment, a storage room with washing tower, as well as two bathrooms complete the offer.

An underground parking space can be rented additionally for CHF 300 per month.
