Hello,

I'm leaving Zurich and looking for someone to take over my cozy studio apartment just steps from Limmatplatz - a 3-minute walk to Letten and a 7-minute walk to Zurich HB.

The studio includes:
- An entrance corridor with large built-in wardrobe/storage
- A kitchen equipped with a 2-burner induction cooktop and a fridge/freezer
- A combined living/sleeping area
- A bathroom/WC with a shower and window
- Small balcony

There is a shared washing machine and dryer for the building, with no fixed schedule.

The location is excellent: right on Langstrasse, but on a quiet side street (right by Limmatplatz). The studio is very well soundproofed and has great access to Zurich HB and the Limmat.

Suitable for one person only (no couples).

I will forward interested candidates to the agency. Note: You'll also have the option to renew the lease when it expires.

I'm also selling my furniture, including: bed frame and mattress (in perfect condition), vacuum, IKEA Kallax unit, desk, dining table with 6 chairs, bedside tables, and a mirror. Priority will be given to candidates who can take over the furniture as well.

Rent: CHF 1'571
Move-in / takeover date: 1 March 2026
