Ich suche eine/n Untermieter/in für meine charmante Wohnung auf dem Zürcher Rietberg in Zürich Enge. Die Wohnung ist für die Lage sehr günstig (inkl. NK akonto) - entspricht aber auch noch dem Standard der 80er - also kein Geschirrspüler oder Waschturm, dafür Spannteppich :-). Einbauschrank besteht im Gang und pro Zimmer gibt es ein kleines Einbaugestell. Die Wohnung verfügt über über zwei geschlossene Zimmer und zwei Nasszellen (1xWC / 1x mit Badewanne). Beim Eingang findet man eine Wohnküche in der ein normaler Esstisch locker Platz hat.

Ich bin für mindestens ein Jahr im europäischen Ausland. Die Wohnung hat keinen Balkon oder Terrasse, dafür bist Du in 10 Minuten zu Fuss am Mythenquai oder auf der Allmend (oder Sihl City). Die S4 fährt ab Brunau (6 Minuten zu Fuss) alle 10-20 Minuten zum HB (ca. 8 Minuten). Alternativ bringen Dich Buslinien und das Tram auf beiden Seiten des Bergfusses an viele Orte der Stadt.

Gesucht werden die üblichen vertrauenswürdigen und solventen Kandidaten. Die Mieterschaft ist sehr familiär und ruhig. Optionen können im Dezember 2027 oder früher besprochen werden.

Sofa kann gratis übernommen werden, Bett und kleinere Möbelstücke können besprochen werden.

I am looking for subtenants for my charming apartment on the Rietberg in Zurich Enge. For this location, the apartment is very affordable (utilities included as an advance payment), but it still reflects an 80s standard — meaning no dishwasher or washer-dryer tower, but there is wall-to-wall carpeting :-). There is a built-in wardrobe in the hallway, and each room has a small built-in shelving unit.

The apartment features two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms (one with a toilet, one with a bathtub). Upon entering, you’ll find a spacious eat-in kitchen with plenty of room for a regular dining table.

I will be living elsewhere in Europe for at least one year. The apartment does not have a balcony or terrace, but you can reach Mythenquai, the Allmend, or Sihlcity within a 10-minute walk. The S4 train departs from Brunau (6 minutes on foot) every 10–20 minutes and takes about 8 minutes to reach Zurich main station. Alternatively, bus routes and trams from both sides of the hill provide easy access to many parts of the city.

I am looking for the usual trustworthy and financially reliable candidates. The building community is very friendly and quiet. Extension options can be discussed for December 2027 or earlier.

The sofa can be taken over free of charge; the bed and smaller pieces of furniture can be discussed.
