Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock eines kürzlich renovierten Gebäudes und ist komplett möbliert. Die monatliche Miete beträgt CHF 1’426, inklusive aller Nebenkosten.
Die Lage ist wirklich eines der Highlights dieser Wohnung. Sie befindet sich im wunderschönen und lebendigen Kreis 5 (8005), nur eine Straße von der Limmat entfernt und nur 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad vom Zürcher Hauptbahnhof. Die Haltestelle Limmatplatz ist nur 1 Gehminute entfernt, ebenso wie ein großer Migros-Supermarkt. In der Umgebung gibt es viele coole Bars, tolle Restaurants und gemütliche Cafés. Außerdem liegt ein schöner Park nur eine Minute die Straße hinunter.
Ich habe es hier wirklich geliebt zu wohnen, und ich bin mir sicher, dass du es auch lieben wirst – der perfekte Ort, um das Leben in Zürich zu genießen.

Furnished Apartment for Sublet in Zurich (8005) – March to End of April 2026
I’m subletting my lovely furnished apartment from the beginning of March 2026 until the end of April 2026.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a recently renovated building and comes fully furnished. The monthly rent is CHF 1,426, including all additional costs (Nebenkosten).
The location is truly one of the best parts of this place. It’s in the beautiful and vibrant 8005 district of Zurich, just one street away from the Limmat River and only a 10-minute bike ride from Zurich Central Station. You’re also just a 1-minute walk from Limmatplatz station, and right next to a huge Migros supermarket. The area is full of cool and hip bars, great restaurants, and cozy cafés, and there’s also a lovely park just one minute down the street.
Honestly, I’ve absolutely loved living here, and I’m sure you will too — it’s the perfect spot to enjoy Zurich life to the fullest.
