The current flatmate is a woman (open to sharing with either a woman or a man).

The apartment offers approx. 70 m² of living space and features a 60 m² terrace with open views over the lake and mountains. The terrace is equipped with an inflatable jacuzzi, two lounge areas and a barbecue, creating a bright and pleasant living environment.

The apartment is fully furnished.
Only the bedroom is unfurnished (with the possibility to purchase or take over part of the existing bedroom furniture, subject to agreement with the future tenant).
