Ich möchte meine Wohnung vom 16 Mai bis 30 Juni 2026 untervermieten (Verlängerung möglich je nach Arbeitssituation).
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und in unmittelbarer Nähe zu allem, was die Stadt Zürich zu bieten hat. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist sie sehr ruhig.Die Wohnung wird voll möbliert übergeben, da ich all meine Möbel hierlasse.
Es gibt zwei Balkone,die zusätzlichen Wohnkomfort bieten.
Bitte beachte:

• Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt
• Musikinstrumente dürfen nicht gespielt werden
• Keine Partys oder lauten Veranstaltungen

I would like to sublet my apartment starting immediately from 16th May until the 30th of June 2026 (extension possible depend on the work situation).
The apartment is very centrally located, close to everything the city of Zurich has to offer, yet it remains quiet despite the central location.
It will be rented fully furnished, as I am leaving all my furniture.
The apartment also has two balconies,providing additional comfort.
Please note:

• Pets are not allowed
• Playing musical instruments is not permitted
• No parties or loud gatherings
