We look for part time person (to stay physically only 1 to 3 nights per week).

We are now 2 guys living in the apartment. Both working (35 and 41 years old). We speak German and English. Our Italian friend is leaving his room.

5 minutes bus to Rotkreuz train station.
Coop, Migrolino, gyms and restaurants not far. Roche Group offices 5 minutes walk.
Rent is 800 CHF including the parking space and building expenses.
Internet wi-fi available.
Washing and drying machine in the bigger bathroom.
The room is partly furnished.
A mattress 90x200 cm (good quality like new) can be taken over from previous tenant for 90 CHF if needed.
The bed is not available.
