I am looking for someone to sublet my apartment in Zürich Altstetten (Altstetterstrasse 151A) from 1 July 2026 until 31 July 2026. The place is an absolute bargain, and I’ve enjoyed living here very much.

The apartment is about 35-40 sqm, has a small living room with a dining table, a spacious bedroom, a small but well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. You'll have access to two common laundry rooms and ample storage space in the attic. The place is very bright and quiet, with large windows facing a garden. The kitchen and bathroom appliances are pretty modern and include a dishwasher.

The location is well connected to public transport at Lindenplatz (1-minute walk) or Bahnhof Altstetten (7-minute walk). There are 4 supermarkets and other shops very close by at Lindenplatz.

The rent is CHF 1000 per month, including utilities (water+heating), which is due before the start of the sublet. There is a deposit of CHF 200, which I will return at the end of the sublet period.
