Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine 1.5-Zimmer-Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist rund 1.5 Jahre alt und bietet viel Komfort. Sie ist in drei Bereiche unterteilt: Schlafbereich, Wohnbereich und Küche. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Regendusche mit geschlossener Kabine und einen Wäscheturm. Es gibt zwei Eingänge: Einen über das Treppenhaus und den anderen direkt über den Aufzug. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit einem Induktionskochfeld, einem Backofen sowie einem Kühlschrank mit grossem Tiefkühler. Der eigene Balkon ist gross und bietet ab Mittag viel Sonne. Zusätzlich gibt es noch ein grosses Kellerabteil. Parkplatz kann in der Tiefgarage dazugemietet werden. Die Wohnung befindet sich beim Lindenplatz. Coop, Migros und drei Denner sind in maximal 2 Minuten erreichbar. Die Tramhaltestelle Lindenplatz (Tram 2) ist nur 1 Minute entfernt und der Bahnhof Altstetten rund 5 Minuten.

I am looking for a new tenant for my 1.5-room apartment. The apartment is approximately 1.5 years old and offers a high level of comfort. It is divided into three areas: a sleeping area, a living area and a kitchen. The bathroom features a rain shower with a closed cabin and a washing tower. There are two entrances: one accessible via the stairwell and the other directly via the lift. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, an oven and a fridge with a large freezer. The private balcony is spacious and gets plenty of sun from midday onwards. In addition, there is a large basement compartment. A parking space can be rented additionally in the underground garage. The apartment is located near Lindenplatz. Coop, Migros and three Denner stores are within a maximum of 2 minutes’ walk. The Lindenplatz tram stop (Tram 2) is only 1 minute away and Altstetten train station is around 5 minutes away.
