We are seeking a reliable individual or couple to sublet our beautiful large apartment with a terrasse. Because we are temporarily living outside of Zurich for career reasons, we are looking for someone who values living space and a unique, discounted rent arrangement and is comfortable with sharing.

The Sharing Arrangement

We wish to keep this apartment as our Zurich base for occasional visits (up to 30 days per year).

• Flexible sharing split and rent: Depending on the final sharing agreement, your share can range between 85% and 93% of the total rent. The listed price of 2500 CHF is calculated at an 89% default option.
• Availability: You will have the entire apartment to yourself 92% of the year.
• Coordination: We will always coordinate our visits in advance to ensure everyone is comfortable.
