L'appartamento ha un grande salotto con balcone, cucina recentemente rinnovata con balcone, bagno con vasca e finestra, spaziosa stanza da letto e un'altra stanza che attualmente è arredata come ufficio, ma può essere usata come seconda camera. Il corridoio dingresso dispone di tre utilissimi armadi a muro.
Garage privato e spese incluse nel prezzo, lavanderia condominiale con turni, e ampia cantina.
Lappartamento viene affittato parzialmente arredato, prezzo dei mobili da concordare.

We're looking for new tenants for our beloved apartment, ideally at the beginning of July (move-in date flexible). The flat is in a strategic position in Mendrisio: just a 5-minute walk from the train station, yet surrounded by greenery.
The apartment features a big living room with a balcony, a recently renovated kitchen with another balcony, a spacious bedroom, and another room which is currently furnished as an office, but can easily be used as a second bedroom. The entrance hallway features three spacious built-in wardrobes.
Private garage and utilities included in the price, communal laundry room with shifts, and plenty of storage space in the cellar.
The apartment is rented partially furnished, with the furniture price to be negotiated.
