Ich vermiete meine 3.5-Zimmer-Wohnung (Hauptschlafzimmer, Gästezimmer/Büro, Wohnzimmer, Küche, Badezimmer) in Breitenrain/Wankdorf vom 1. Juni 2026 (oder früher) bis zum 1. Februar 2027.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock, ist gross und ideal gelegen (Coop Wankdorf 5 Minuten zu Fuss, Bahnhof Bern 12 Minuten mit dem Bus).
Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und ausgestattet (siehe Fotos). Es gibt keinen Zugang zum Keller.
Miete: 1800.– / Monat (inkl. Nebenkosten + WIFI + TV), Kaution: 3 Monatsmieten.
Nichtraucher, keine Haustiere. Paare oder Mitbewohner sind willkommen.
Besichtigungstermin nach Vereinbarung.

L’appartement est situé au 3ème étage, spacieux, et idéalement placé (Coop Wankdorf à 5 min à pied, Gare de Berne à 12 min en bus).
L’appartement est entièrement meublé et équipé (cf. photos). Il n’y a pas d’accès à la cave.
Loyer : 1’800.- / mois (y compris charges + wifi + TV) comprises, caution : 3 mois de loyer
Profil recherché : non-fumeur, pas d’animaux. Couples ou colocataires acceptés.

I am subletting my 3.5-room apartment (one master bedroom, one guest room/office, one living room, one kitchen, and one bathroom) in Breitenrain/Wankdorf from June 1, 2026 (or earlier subject to arrangement) to February 1, 2027.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, is spacious, and is ideally situated (Coop Wankdorf is a 5-minute walk away, and Bern Station is a 12-minute bus ride away).
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped (see photos). There is no access to the basement.
Rent: 1,800.- / month (including utilities + Wi-Fi + TV), security deposit: 3 months’ rent
Preferred profile: non-smokers, no pets. Couples or roommates welcome.
