Hi there,

we are renting out our cosy flat from August 2026 until end of January 2027 with the possibility to extend.

The flat is in a quiet yet convenient location. It is on the ground floor in a house with 5 only households, and does not have an opposing flat across. It has a garden and a fine patio, allowing you to barbecue and enjoy the summer. It stays cool inside, even when temperatures go up to 30-40 degrees celcius.

It is a very convenient Tram location, yet super quiet in the heart of Albisrieden, next to Altstetten Kreis 9:

2 min walk to Denner
3 Minutes Walk to Migros
5 Minutes Walk to Coop
5 Minutes walk to Tram 3 (to Hauptbahnhof 19min)
10 minutes walk to the center of Altstetten

We are flexible regarding the move-in date. Underground Parking is available for 120 CHF / month.
