In unserer hübschen dreier WG ist für kurze Zeit ein Zimmer frei: Eigentlich bereits ab jetzt, bis ca. Juni-Juli. Wir vermieten ab einer Minimumzeit von 4+ Wochen, am liebsten den ganzen Juni oder mehr - schreib uns deinen Vorschlag.

Du wohnst mit Salome und Robin (beide Mitte 30) (wobei Robin ziemlich viel unterwegs sein wird in der kommenden Zeit). Wir geniessen ein unkompliziertes und schönes Zusammenleben. Uns ist ein rücksichtsvoller Umgang miteinander wichtig, wie auch eine offene und herzliche Atmosphäre, in welcher gelebt werden kann. Wir teilen einen Gemüsekorb, essen gerne gut und gesund, tendenziell saisonal/regional, und teilen sämtliche Lebensmittel. Salome ist Teilzeit in der sozialen Arbeit tätig, verfolgt eigene Projekte, bildet sich liebend gerne weiter und ist unsere Expertin für gewaltfreie Kommunikation. Robin trifft man neben seiner Arbeit in der Stadtentwicklung vor allem beim Skaten an, womit er sich für die Surf Saison fit hält. Er ist der beste Linsenkocher im Umkreis.

Das Zimmer

Ist gut 25qm gross und hat zwei grosse Fenster. Inklusive Nebenkosten und inklusive Gemüsekorb kostet das Zimmer 850 CHF/Monat. Das Zimmer ist möbliert. Die Wohnung ist Teil eines wunderschönen, grosszügigen Altbaus und liegt in der Nähe vom Spalentor, also sehr zentral. Gemeinschaftsräume: Wohnzimmer und Küche mit grossem, blühenden Balkon mit Blick auf den urwaldigsten Innenhof Basels. Das Bad liegt ausserhalb der Wohnung auf dem Gang und hat eine Dusche. Die Wohnung ist Teil eines familiären Drei-Parteien-Hauses mit Kontakt zu den anderen Stockwerken.

In our lovely three-person shared flat, a room is available for a short period: it's free staring from now until around June/July. Were renting it out for a minimum stay of 4+ weeks, and ideally for all of June or longer feel free to send us your proposal.

Youd be living with Salome and Robin (both in their mid-30s), although Robin will be away quite a bit over the coming weeks/months. We enjoy an easygoing and pleasant shared living situation. Mutual consideration is important to us, as well as creating an open and warm atmosphere where everyone can feel at home. We share a vegetable basket, enjoy eating well and healthily mostly seasonal and local and share all groceries.

Salome works part-time in social work, pursues her own projects, loves learning, and is our in-house expert on nonviolent communication. Robin works in urban development and, outside of that, youll mostly find him skateboarding to stay fit for surf season. He also makes the best lentils in the neighborhood and gives the best hugs.

The room

Its just over 25 m² and has two windows. Rent is CHF 850 per month, including utilities and the vegetable box. The room is furnished. The apartment is part of a beautiful, spacious old building near Spalentor, so very centrally located.

Shared spaces include a living room (with projector) and kitchen, plus a large, blooming balcony overlooking Basels most jungle-like inner courtyard. The appartment is quite calm, if you ignore the birds chirping during sunny weather. The bathroom is located just outside the apartment on the landing and has a shower. The apartment is part of a friendly three-household building, with a close connection to the neighbors on the other floors.
