The apartment is bright and spacious, with lots of natural light and a balcony with a lovely lake view. It also comes with an outdoor parking space.

Move-in date: July 1st or July 15th

Rent: CHF 2085 per month

The building has a shared washing machine room in the basement. There is also a private cellar/storage space included with the apartment.

I would also like to sell some furniture, including a bedroom cupboard, several lamps, and some bathroom equipment. I am also happy to leave a few additional items depending on agreement.
